The 760 TBN Breaking Torque Wrench is a pre-set production torque wrench designed for controlled screw tightening in serial and production-line assembly. Its breaking mechanism causes the handgrip to break when the preset torque is reached, making over-tightening unlikely. It is available with interchangeable end fittings for different applications.
- Torque range from 0.4-200 Nm.
- Pre-set torque wrench without scale.
- Available with 9 x 12 mm rectangular cavity end or 16 mm spigot end.
- Suitable for bi-directional tightening.
- Breaking mechanism provides a 20° handle movement when the preset torque is reached.
- Automatic resetting to the starting position.
- Working accuracy of +/-4% for the TBN 25, 65, 135 and 200 models.
- Lightweight, robust and corrosion-resistant construction.
- Non-slip rubber handgrip.
- Pre-setting can be carried out at the factory or by the user on suitable torque testers.
- Supplied with an adjusting tool and test certificate according to DIN EN ISO 6789.
